Keep It Together: Recipes is the first in a series of exclusive organization classes presented by Kelly Sill at Scrapaneers. Pocket-style pages and digital templates can hold more than your precious photos. They can help you organize your life! Keep your eyes open for other organization classes coming soon!
Class Introduction | Class begins with the end goal: your purpose for your recipe book. Kelly will help you determine if you just want to organize your recipes. Or create gift albums for holidays, family reunions and more. You will also consider what other memorabilia you may want to include in your recipe albums.
Module 1: The Ingredients | The class kit is quite large with a lot of moving parts. Kelly will explain in detail all of the pieces in the kit.
Module 2: The Directions | Once you’re introduced to the kit, Kelly will provide instructions on how to use all of the elements. From placing your page dividers together to adding a “badge” to your recipe card, you will walk away with multiple personalization ideas and recommendations.
Module 3: A Little of This & a Dash of That | In this module, Kelly shares tips for setting up your recipe card files in Photoshop, print recipe cards at home, print the album online, and even which pocket protectors to use.

Q. How long will it take me to complete my album? Can I take my time?
A. That will depend on the number of recipes you have and what your intentions are for you album. Maybe you have special family recipes you are collecting and would like to put them in an album for your niece who is getting married. Or maybe your goal is more long-term and you want to create a larger album by tackling all of those recipes you have clipped from newspapers and magazines. The nice thing about this class is that you are immediately given access to the videos, handouts and class kit that will allow you to create a cohesive recipe album at your own pace.

A. You will need photo-editing software such as Photoshop or Photoshop Elements.

A. This class is not a live event. It is self-paced.
